Borrowing and renewal
Individuals with a current MZ Library card
issued by the library are eligible to borrow library materials. Consult the
table below for the loan periods and renewal options as they apply to borrower
status and type of material.
An Undergraduate student can borrow four books
from the library. Faculty, Graduates and Staff can borrow six books from the
library. Failure to return the book after the loan period will result in a fine
for each exceeding day. More information is available below or with the
Librarian. Students also can borrow CD-ROM's from the Multimedia Section.

Reference Shelf
Students can refer Journals and Reference books
during Library hours but are not permitted to borrow the books. Any damage
caused to these books are liable to fine or replacement by the student
responsible.

Students can view the availability of books,
books details, fine details and the status of borrowed books at the Online
Library Catalog through the Alphanet.
