Types of Financial Aid/Scholarship
Once you have submitted a financial aid application and have been
accepted to Mount Zion College, the Office of Financial Assistance will
determine your need and, if you are eligible, develop a customized package
including funds from those programs for which you qualify.
To learn how to apply for financial aid and how awards are determined,
please visit the Scholarships Website.
Please note that although Mount Zion College makes every effort to assist
students with calculated need, we do not have the funds to meet the
eligibility of all applicants for financial aid. There will be, of
necessity, a number of students who are in need of financial aid and yet
will not receive University funding. Those students with the strongest
academic records are given priority for receiving available funds. We
nevertheless encourage all applicants who anticipate the need for financial
aid to apply.
The links on the right explain about the types of grants and loans that
are available and some of the conditions that pertain to each.
