P8600 vs T8300

Will this processor Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 (2.4GHz, 3MB Cache, 1066 MHz FSB) make much difference than Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 (2.4 GHz, 3MB Cache, 800 MHz FSB) on laptop.
